Update 16.07

* Criticals Balls and E.S.W. Manual have been added to the Contribution Trade and Coins Trade.
* The ESW code has been fixed.
* Rare Drop has been improved.
* Abaddon drop has been improved in the Abaddon map.
* Power Items have been enabled for all NPCs and Bosses.
* The magic casting color has been unified to yellow.
(This prevents easily identifying Aresden or Elvine players just by casting effects).
* The Cancel spell has been normalized again:
No timer
No high mana cost
* HP, MP, and SP sets have been improved and now perform better.
* Event Garden respawn has been reactivated (for now).
* Stat Reset via Contribution has been added to the panel.
* New events have been added.
* Barracks has been enabled up to Max Level.
* Barracks Sword has been enabled.

New Host Testing Due to International Routing Issues

Due to routing problems between Argentina and United States causing lag and instability, we have started testing a new hosting location.

This issue is related to international ISP routes, not the server itself.
Our goal is to improve latency and overall stability for all players.

We continue improving the server with a new update focused on balance, gameplay and stability.
Main changes included in this update:

Balance and gameplay
• Rare items damage has been balanced to avoid excessive damage values
• Changes to the Cancellation spell:
 - Can only be used once every 60 seconds
 - Costs 500 mana without wand or necklace
• Slightly faster critical recharge over time

New content and drop adjustments
